Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must have all tags attached, and must not be altered or have any signs of wear. To start your return, please contact us at shop.jenny.boutique@gmail.com and include your order number, full name, and item you're inquiring about. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and all returns must be sent with the receipt. Once we receive your return and the item is inspected, we will issue your refund onto the card associated with the purchase. All refunds and returns will be issued at our discretion provided the return is in its original, undamaged condition.
